Hi
And once again we are in the mid to upper 80s for the week. I guess this is our 2022 summer time. It does look like the humidity will be closer to normal for us. So things should be less sticky in the week
ahead.
Sweeping Monday & Tuesday
We have our normal sweeping schedule this week with ODD addresses swept on MONDAY and EVEN addresses swept on TUESADAY. Please move you vehicles so the streets can be swept and the dirt and pollutants can be kept out of the ocean. If you notice any sweeping issues, please let the RCSD know here. Thanks for your help!
Rossmoor Blood Drive Wednesday
This Wednesday is our Rossmoor Blood Drive. If you have already signed up to give, thank you. If you are able to sig up

Family Festival Recap
Wow. Wow! WOW!!
This past Saturday was the last Family Festival for the year and WOW was it special! It was one of the largest crowds we have ever had at a Rush Park Festival. The RCSD brought in some
terrific bands, including the Emperors who capped the day's event and kept things lively until 8:30 or so. The community including Assembly Member Janet Nguyen, Supervisor Andrew Do, and the RHA were able to salute Georglyn Seligman for all she has done for Rossmoor over the past 50 years. She had great support from the Rossmoor Woman's Club, Troop 658 and Friend's of the Rossmoor-Los Alamitos Library - all groups she ahs
supported for decades with her love and service. Such a great event. Thanks to the RCSD for putting it on for all of Rossmoor and to all of you who attended and enjoyed a great night out at the park.
Construction Notice
The OCSAN Trunk Sewer Line Project is progressing according to schedule and that means there will be
daytime lane blockages on the south bound side of Los Alamitos Blvd for the next couple of months (mid-August to mid-October). More details can be found here.
