The rest of this week looks like it will be cool and partly cloudy. In fact, it looks like the weekend will be perfect for taking a look at all the lights in Rossmoor. for the rest of the week.

Family Awards 

This year our two Christmas Lights Awards conductors have come up with a new way for families to participate in the Celebration. This year for the first time, families can create their own awards for the houses on the map. The judges will review the award suggestions and may include them on the final Lights HotSpots map that will come out by Tuesday 12/20. All the details are here.

Rossmoor Farmers Market Ugly Sweater Contest

Just in case you missed it, our Rossmoor Farmers Market is running a Ugly Sweater Contest for $25 Market Money certificates. Since this Thursday (12/15) is the last Market for the year, the winner(s) will be announced at the Rossmoor Certified Framers Market on January 5, 2023.

To enter, upload a photo of you in an "ugly sweater" to the Rossmoor Certified Farmers Market Google Profile. Ideally, you'll join us this Thursday at the Rossmoor Farmers Market and upload your photo there, but any ugly sweater photos uploaded to the profile by Friday, 12/16/2022 will be entered to win. The more entries the more winners. Bring it! Let's see what you've got!
 

Youth Center Tree Supply Is Running Low...

The Youth Center Tree Lot is almost out of trees. Last count was less than 50 beautiful, fresh trees remain. Don't miss out on the best trees around and you support programs for our local youth. Go get your tree! Details below.

Rossmoor Red Cross Blood Drive

The holidays are a great time of year. We celebrate and gather with friends and family. It's usually very busy and hectic, especially if you have children or grand kids around.

And, it's also the time of year that the need for blood goes up. There's a number of reasons, but the important thing is, to remember to donate. It usually take less than 30 minutes if you have an appointment and you are on your way. Our Rossmoor Blood Drive is held at Rush Park on the 3rd Wednesday each month from 9 until 3. This month our blood drive is on Wednesday, 12/21 (that's next week). If you are able, please make an appointment here and give the gift of life for the holidays. It will make a world of difference to someone... Thanks.
