It's
that time again - The Rossmoor Homeowners Association repaints the curb address at every Rossmoor home every 3 years as a courtesy to you and for your safety.
Why repaint our curbs?
Clear and visible address numbers provide a quick and easy way for emergency responders to find your home when moments matter. Also, delivery services, your guests, and others appreciate the higher visibility to locate your home. Many nearby communities, including Los
Alamitos, charge upwards of $50 for this service. This is our way of saying thank you for helping make Rossmoor great.
The process, which started this week, should take between four and six weeks to complete. Our painter, Tim Major, started in the northern section of the neighborhood and will be working his way south. We will update you with some photos once we catch up with him on the street. Please watch for his cart as you are driving through Rossmoor during the
day.
