Hey,
Our weather will stay in the low 70s through the weekend so our busy Saturday will be nice and cool. It looks like there may be a warm up toward the
middle of next week, but it's nice until then.
There's a lot happening on this Saturday morning. First up, the OurRossmoor free shredding event kicks off at 8:00 at Rush Park. We will be there until noon (or when the truck is full).
Next up you can cruise over to Kempton Park and pick up some
free mulch from the CSD yard between 9:00 and 11:00. Mulching is great for plants as we head into the fall and winter months. Bring your own containers for the mulch.
Then back at Rush Park (or in front of Leisure World Seal Beach), the OCSD and SBPD are running the DEA's Drug Take Back Day from 10 until 2.
Just think you could get your documents shredded, dispose of all those unwanted prescription meds, and get back home to mulch your plants all in about an hour. A super productive Saturday morning, if I do say so myself. See you Saturday!
