Hi , It looks like we are in for rain on Saturday morning and into the afternoon. It should clear up for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Overall, we should have mostly a nice holiday
weekend. OC Public Works Traffic Improvement Survey Wei Zhu from OC Public Works has requested that we (everyone in Rossmoor) share our opinion on the proposed traffic improvements for the Montecito corridor. The survey is available here. There are additional details below and on our website. Note: that with the New Year's Holiday on Monday, waste collection will be delayed one day for everyone in Rossmoor this week and remember school is still out next week, so there will be more kids out and about during the day. Be alert and
drive safe. Enjoy your New Years! Weekend

2024 Our Rossmoor Magazine |
Watch your mail box today (maybe tomorrow) for the 2024 Our Rossmoor Magazine. The letter sized white envelope will contain this year's magazine and the 2024 RHA Membership Application. If you want to get a jump on that membership (join or renew), you can
always do that right now on our website. Our annual Our Rossmoor Magazine for 2024 covers the highlights of 2023 with a look forward into the fantastic year ahead -
2024! The RHA was honored by the Los Al Unified School District with their Hero of the Heart award, we welcomed back the teachers and staff at our terrific schools, we welcomed Captain AJ Patella in as our new "police chief" as he became the captain of the OCSD's North Patrol and of course we celebrated the Class of 2023 with the annual
Rossmoor Graduation Parade. It was a great year. Looking ahead we have a great set of events coming up including our quarterly shredding events on the last Saturday of January, April, July and October, the May Water Safety Program, our Graduation Parade celebrating the Class of 2024, the Rossmoor Family Festivals all summer long, our
Candidates Forum right before ballots come out in October, and we'll cap the year with the Rossmoor Christmas Lights Celebration and Winter Festival. It's already shaping up to be a fantastic 2024 here in Rossmoor! We want to thank our sponsors,
Southland Credit Union, MJF Financial, and Kelly Laird Smith for their support of the Association during 2023 and their continued support in 2024.

As we wind up Christmas, and tie a bow around 2023, here's the way we help CR&R manage the number of trees they collect, recycle, and mulch our holiday greenery. And as much as we all love Christmas
and our trees, remember that as trees dry, they become more flammable. Help protect your family and neighbors. Counting down to the New Year, 10....9....8....7....
Our Rossmoor. A great place to live since 1957
