Happy July! Well, almost. And with July 1st landing on a Tuesday, we get that funky street sweeping schedule this month. Tuesday even addresses will be swept and NEXT Monday the odd addresses get their brush up. Basically,
there will be sweeping every week this month. And still, Rossmoor, we've got this. Help keep our beaches free from the dirt and toxins on our streets by just moving your vehicles. Thanks for keeping our neighborhood nice and clean. And a quick reminder, fireworks of any kind are not legal in
Rossmoor. Please do not light off fireworks here. The "safe and sane" fireworks can be lit off in Los Alamitos from July 1st until July 4th. Thanks!
Shakespeare By The Sea - Wow Just WOW!
If you were there you know. This may have been the best year yet for Shakespeare By The Sea in Rush Park. Saturday Julius Caesar gave us: Power. Loyalty.
Betrayal. Julius Caesar came to the park and delivered a night of big emotions and unforgettable moments. With over 340 people in the crowd, Shakespeare by the Sea turned a quiet evening into a full-on Roman tragedy. From Brutus’ heartbreak to Mark Antony’s fiery speech, the performances hit
hard—and held nothing back. It was intense, moving, and beautifully staged under the night sky. And yes—just like every SBTS show, it was totally free to attend. Want to relive the drama or see what you missed? Catch the full recap, and find out how you can support this
incredible community tradition. And then on Sunday, there was something special in the air during As You Like It — maybe it was the laughter, maybe the live music, the fireworks in the distance, or maybe the 450
people grinning under the stars. Shakespeare by the Sea brought this classic comedy to life with clever disguises, heartfelt moments, and a cast that had the crowd in the palm of their hand. From Rosalind’s playful mischief to Touchstone’s sharp wit, it was a joyful night of love, identity, and Shakespearean fun. Click to relive the magic—and see how you can help keep it going next summer.
