With over 340 people in the crowd,
Shakespeare by the Sea turned a quiet evening into a full-on Roman tragedy. From Brutus’ heartbreak to Mark Antony’s fiery speech, the performances hit hard—and held nothing back. And then on Sunday, there was something special in the air during As You Like It — maybe it was the laughter, maybe the live music, the fireworks in the distance, or maybe the 450 people grinning under the stars. Shakespeare by the Sea brought this classic comedy to life with clever disguises, heartfelt moments, and a cast that had the crowd in the palm of their hand. From Rosalind’s playful mischief to Touchstone’s sharp wit, it was a joyful
night of love, identity, and Shakespearean fun.
