Hi
We need three volunteers to help process the mail and post the information in the membership roll. This year we are conducting an all-resident community survey with the membership application process.
- One volunteer will open the incoming envelopes
and sort the contents: application forms, survey forms, and payment checks. The applications get sorted into alphabetical order by address and delivered to the membership roll data input volunteer. The survey forms are gathered and delivered to the survey data compiler volunteer. Payment checks are delivered to the RHA Treasurer.
- One volunteer will enter the application data
into the Membership roll. It is an Excel spreadsheet. This person must be touch-type proficient to perform this task in a timely manner.
- One volunteer will compile the survey data in an Excel spreadsheet. Typing skill for this task is not too demanding since the data is mainly tabulation of numbers and yes/no answers to the survey questions.
Please reply by email to our membership chair:

Rossmoor residents Bernie Beskind & Herb Halling coordinates the weekly Rossmoor Walk &
Talk meeting at Rush Park on Tuesday mornings at 10:30. That is unless it's raining, then there's no walk.
NEW WALK ADDED!
Thursdays at 4:00 p.m. at Rush Park, there is a new group of walkers. Plan to join them next Thursday to walk and talk
The program is simple enough, whoever attends forms groups of 2-4 people and walk around Rush Park and they talk. How long they walk, how fast they walk, and what they talk about is up to them. If you need a topic to talk about,
Bernie will be happy to help you out. It's a real Win-Win Bernie's idea creates an informal way to meet your neighbors and get some exercise at the same time. It could
save or at least extend your life, plus you'll get to meet some really great people. And that is a huge win-win. Come join us! The Rossmoor Walk & Talk is open to all ages. The more the merrier - Invite your friends and please spread the word. Rossmoor Walk & Talk meets are held every Tuesday at 10:30 AM at Rush Park. If you have questions, please email Bernie (BernieB_90720@yahoo.com), or come see him on Tuesdays at 10:30 at Rush Park. Bernie will be the energetic guy with glasses, short hair, long in years and walking slowly.

Coyote sightings in Rossmoor have decreased over the past couple of months. This decrease is typical for the time of year. Unfortunately, it does not indicate the coyotes are not in Rossmoor. They are still here.
For those of you who have made reports, THANK YOU. You are helping us track coyote behavior which is critical to any future removal attempts.
Please continue to be careful with your pets (keep them indoors or within your sight, and NO NOT leave pet food outside after feeding time).
Our Rossmoor Wildlife Watch program is continuing to collect reports and monitoring coyote behavior and
movement based on these reports. Please continue to report any coyote activity you see on the Rossmoor Wildlife Watch website.
If you would like to find out more about our Rossmoor Wildlife Watch program and discover what we are doing, please sign up for more
information.
The coyote challenge we face here in Rossmoor and throughout Southern California does not have a magical "fix it" solution. It will take a community effort (that's you and me, not "them") to keep our pets safe and reduce the risks in our neighborhood. Please learn what you can do at your home and for everyone in
Rossmoor.
