Hi
The Rossmoor Homeowners Association has run a paper/recycling drive on the last Saturday of every month for decades.
We have long relied on area youth groups to help, but have not found any willing to participate in recent months. If we can not recruit a few hardy souls to help out, we will have to end the paper drive.
Every month, about 300 people lug their paper to our drive, about half of them RHA members. So, we know it is an important service. Our 13-member board can not do it by ourselves, either physically or because we put in enormous time on other parts of our program.
If you can help between 8 a.m. and noon on April 27, please email Francisco Alonso, our paper drive director at alonsofj56@yahoo.com or me at ralph.vartabedian@gmail.com.
As always, thank you for your support of the RHA, the alliance that watches out for Rossmoor's interests.
Sincerely,
Ralph Vartabedian
RHA president
