Rossmoor Homeowners Association, since 1957

The Rossmoor Homeowners Association is working to help you and your neighbors get a better sound wall. But we also need your support.

At a key meeting last week with Assemblyman Tyler Diep and RHA representatives, Caltrans finally agreed to conduct some sound measurements along Martha Ann after refusing for more than two years. That is step one in what will be a long and difficult crusade to get modifications to the inadequate decades old sound wall that protects your property.

If you are not an RHA member, please join. We are an all volunteer group that needs the support of every household in Rossmoor. It only cost about 10 cents a day. Go here for an online application

Street Sweeping - Monday December 2nd, please remove your vehicles and trash cans from the streets of Rossmoor. Thanks!
RCSD Board Meeting - Tuesday 12/10 - 7:00 p.m. Rush Park Aud.
RHA Board Meeting - No Board Meeting in December

And of course, the weekly Rossmoor Walk &Talk which has now expanded to Monday, Wednesday,Thursday and Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. with Tuesday mornings remaining at the 10:30 a.m. start time. We meet near the playground at Rush Park when it's not raining.
