[rha ] Curb Address Painting & Volunteers Helping

The weather is very nice this week, isn't it? Its a great time of year here in Rossmoor. The trees and flowers are in bloom and it's looking a lot like spring time. It's a great time to talk a walk, keeping in mind your social distancing.

The curb address repainting has begun. Our contractor is starting in the north part of the tract and will work his way south and should be done by the end of May painting all 3,400+ home curb addresses here in Rossmoor.

It would be great if you can make sure you don't park in front of where your address is painted on the curb for the next few weeks. Just about 3 feet back is all it will take to let him get access to the number.

Volunteers Helping

The RHA asked our community recently what we could do to help out in the current viral pandemic.

We are so happy to report that Ava Mendoza, a Rossmoor teenager who attends Los Alamitos High School, has offered to help elders in our community by delivering groceries on Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays and Sundays.

Ava just got her drivers license and is putting it to a wonderfully generous use.

The RHA is all about community volunteerism and Eva is getting a young start on it. Bravo.
