[rha ] Fiction Contest, Curb Painting Update, Sweeper Tickets Resume

It's been warm in Rossmoor with our first 90 degree day of the year.

Thankfully, the temperatures should cool off and by the weekend we should be nice - in the upper 70's/low 80's.

The Our Rossmoor Fiction Writing Contest is in full swing and with the submission deadline just around the corner on July 1st, submissions are coming in.

You still have time to create your 1,000 word fictional story about or related to Rossmoor, its history and or its residents. All the details are here on the contest entry page.

Curb Painting Update - Painting In Progress

Our curb painting project has hit a few equipment snags but is progressing well and should now be completed by mid-June.

Street addresses in the tract north of Copa de Oro should be painted by the end of today.

The biggest challenge is cars parking in front of the curb address. If your address has not yet been painted, please allow about three feet space to let Tim get to your curb.

If you home has not yet been painted and you are north of Copa de Oro, please email us at hello@OurRossmoor.com and include your name and address and we will get your address taken care of.

Note: this project is 100% RHA paid for and managed. Please do not contact the County or the RCSD about curb addresses. Thanks!

Sweeper Ticketing To Resume Monday June 15

Yes, the OCSD will resume ticket for parking on Rossmoor streets on Monday June 15th. Please remember to move your vehicles and trash cans from the street so we can have the gutters cleaned and help keep the mosquito population down.
