Happy Thanksgiving week. Even with Covid, we have a lot to be thankful for this year. Family and friends immediately come to mind. Even if we cannot travel long distances to be with them this year. We do have multiple ways to virtually connect. It's always good to look for things to be thankful for and this is a great time of year to do exactly that.
Speaking of time of year, it's time to join the RHA for 2021. Not only to support your neighborhood voice, but also to make sure you are eligible to get the most out of the 2021 Our Rossmoor contests and events.
It's Official!
The RHA has officially adopted The Youth Center as our community partner. Over the next few months we will be sharing information about this local, mostly unknown treasure that has served youth in our community since 1952. Our Rossmoor Toy Drive supports the families The Youth Center serves. Spread some joy and donate a toy or invest some of your time in our local youth. Rossmoor Lights Celebration Expands - Please Help
The lights are already going up throughout Rossmoor. It feels like the holidays are almost here.
This year we need your help to get more homes listed on our HotSpot map and entered for the recognition awards. How can you help? Easy, when you see Rossmoor home that is decorated, just let us know the address here on the entry form. And if you are a 2021 RHA member, you could win one of the prizes we are giving away between the December 4th Tree Lighting Event and December 15th when we announce the Lights Celebration Awards. The

Rossmoor Tree Lighting and Caravan
The holidays and the joy they bring to many are almost here and some traditions must go on. The Rossmoor Tree Lighting is one of those events. Friday December 4th at Rush Park, our tree will be lit up in grand style. There will be music and socially distanced and masked signing if you care to join in, followed by a vehicle caravan through the neighborhood to bring
holiday joy to everyone.
You can join us at Rush Park starting at 6:30 p.m. for the music and tree lighting, jump into the caravan (decoration are optional, but encouraged) or step outside along the caravan route to wave and cheer the caravan along its way. This will be a great way for Rossmoor to ring in the holiday season and stay safe at the same time.
