Help Our Kids - Donate to The Youth Center

After the rain this morning, it looks like we will be dry and clear for the rest of the week. I'm looking forward to a nice clear weekend. How about you?

Free Lunch on Wednesday

Would you like a Lucky Lunch on Wednesday? It's St. Patrick's Day and The Youth Center along with Ganahl Lumber are giving away free Lucky Lunches from 10:00 to 2:00 (or when they run out of lunches).

What's the catch you say? There isn't one except a request for a donation to The Youth Center. Sounds like a lucky day for everyone, especially our neighborhood kids. Pick up your free lunch on Wednesday at Ganahl.

RHA Community Meeting

Tomorrow evening (3/16) we will be holding our monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. and you are invited to attend via Zoom. We want to hear your questions, suggestions, and what you LOVE about Rossmoor. Join us! Here's meeting info.

OC Animal Care To Enforce Leash Laws

Please take note that OC Animal Care Services has started to strictly enforce the no off-leash dog law throughout Rossmoor, especially at Rush and Rossmoor Parks.

They will be ticketing you if your dog is not leashed.

This may also apply at local public school grounds, (based on the law) but the emphasis is at Rush and Rossmoor Parks. This stricter leash law enforcement was noted at the Tuesday March 9 RCSD meeting. Forewarned is forearmed.

Help Our Neighborhood Kids & Families

The Rossmoor Homeowners Association supports The Youth Center year around by alerting Rossmoor families when programs signups are available, sharing how you can help by volunteering your time to help our neighborhood kids (remember about 40% of The Youth Center participants live in Rossmoor) and when you can donate toys for the holidays.

The Youth Center continues to provide high quality after school, school break, and summer programs for students of all ages. And when a student needs a scholarship to be part of the program, The Youth Center finds a way.
