Help Our Local Kids & Families

The Rossmoor Homeowners Association supports The Youth Center year around by alerting Rossmoor families when programs signups are available,  sharing how you can help by volunteering your time to help our neighborhood kids (remember about 40% of The Youth Center participants live in Rossmoor) and when you can donate toys for the holidays.

The Youth Center continues to provide high quality after school, school break, and summer programs for students of all ages. And when a student needs a scholarship to be part of the program, The Youth Center finds a way.

LAST CHANCE - OC Unincorporated Area Survey

The County of Orange is currently updating the Housing Element covering the planning period from 2021-2029. The Housing Element serves as a policy guide to address the comprehensive housing needs of the unincorporated areas within Orange County. The primary focus of the Housing Element is to ensure that the County has planned to meet the housing needs of current and future residents of all income levels within the unincorporated areas. The survey is only available until 5:00 p.m Monday 3/8.

This survey is important to us in Rossmoor, and each unincorporated area in the County. Reading the questions will help to explain the potentially far reaching effects of the 2021-2029 plan on Rossmoor and the County in general.
