[rha ] Supervisor Foley Town Hall Replay, Graduation Parade

Last night's Town Hall with our newly elected District 2 Supervisor Katrina Foley was fantastic. After a brief presentation, Ms. Foley provided thoughtful answers to questions from the RHA Board and the community. She touched on a range of topics including the County's COVID status, homelessness, the state's housing requirements, and of course the ongoing street sweeper issue, which she is currently working on for Rossmoor.

Rossmoor Graduation Celebration Parade - June 9th

Due to popular demand, we are working with the school district, Los Al administration, the City of Seal Beach, the Shops at Rossmoor, and Orange County Public works to put on the second annual Rossmoor Graduation Celebration Parade on Wednesday June 9th. The parade will hit the streets of Rossmoor right around 12:30 and will follow the same route as last year. More details in the next week including where graduates can sign up for this community wide celebration. Any High School Class of 2021 graduates regardless of high school can join in the celebration. Congratulations Class of 2021.

A Day At The Beach

A day at the beach can be fun. However, swimming in the water can be dangerous if you don’t know how to keep yourself from drowning. Learn how to reduce the risks of drowning by following these beach safety tips from the OCFA!

Beach Safety Tips

Ask the lifeguard about rip currents and other hazards. If in doubt, don’t go out.
Obey the posted warning signs and flags.
Check the weather, water, and surfing conditions.
If someone is in trouble, get help from a lifeguard or call 9-1-1.
