It looks like we will have a mild weather weekend before heading back to the upper 80s by Wednesday. This is a typical weather pattern as summer is fading and fall which begins on, you got it, Wednesday (9/22). Enjoy the sun and outdoors this weekend. It's going to be beautiful.
County Housing Plan Draft
The RHA recently received the Orange County 2021-2029 Housing Element Update draft from the County Public Works Development Services group. A copy of the draft is available here.
The County has scheduled a Community Zoom meeting for Monday 9/27 and public comments are open until October 15th. Additional details on this important process are available

Street Sweeping on Monday
The sweepers will be here on Monday and parking citation will likely be issued. You know the drill, please remove your vehicles and trash cans from neighborhood streets. Thanks!
Thanks to YOU the Rossmoor Blood Drive Was Successful
A big THANK YOU to everyone who rolled up their sleeve and donated blood last Wednesday. The Red Cross collected 35 pints of blood and four of the donors were new to the program. This equates to about 105 lives saved. Just think of the impact of that. Rossmoor is making a difference in many people's lives. Thanks to you in so many ways.
Our next blood drive will be the 3rd Wednesday of October (10/20). If you are able, please schedule an appointment to give the gift of life.
